Not Surprisingly, A Fifth RESIDENT EVIL Film Is In The Works!!

RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE opened to $27 million domestic alone, not bad at all for this time of year andthe fourth installment in a franchise. Which, naturally, means we're not done with RE movies quite yet. Milla Jovovich spoke to New York Magazine's Vulture folk, confirming what we already suspected.

"This new Resident Evil is the first one to ever open at No. 1 worldwide. It’s the biggest movie in the franchise," [EDIT] “So we’re definitely going to make another one,” she said, adding that director Paul W.S. Anderson, her husband, already has some ideas for the fifth Resident Evil installment, and this time he wants the audience's ideas, too.

...says Milla in THIS infobit over at Vulture, which goes on to indicate The Powers That Be are engaging with followers on Twitter & whatnot to learn more about what fans would like to see in round 5.
