HBO Launches The Amy Ryan-
Debra Winger Season Of
IN TREATMENT Next Month!!

I am – Hercules!! HBO announced Thursday that the acclaimed Gabriel Byrne psychoanalyst drama “In Treatment” launches on Oct. 25. Amy Ryan, who continues to bounce from TV (“The Wire,” “The Office”) to movies (“Gone Baby Gone,” “Green Zone”), is bouncing back to TV to play psychoanalyst Paul’s new therapist on season three. It will be one busy autumn for Ryan, who also stars as Dunder Mifflin human resources exec Holly Flax in eight upcoming episodes of “The Office.” (She’s only appeared in seven “Office” episodes to date.) Ryan also plays the female lead in Philip Seymour Hoffman's romantic comedy "Jack Goes Boating," which hits cinemas late this month. Debra Winger (“Rachel Getting Married”), in her first recurring TV role since she played Wonder Girl, is also on board “In Treatment” as one of Paul’s patients, an aging actress. Far lesser known newcomers to the “In Treatment” cast include Irrfan Kahn (“Slumdog Millionaire”) and 23-year-old Dane DeHaan (the April Lifetime TV-movie “At Risk”). Press release:

EDITORS, PLEASE NOTE: The debut date for the third season of the HBO drama series IN TREATMENT has been confirmed. Two new half-hour episodes debut back-to-back MONDAY, OCT. 25 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), and two more new half-hour episodes back-to-back debut TUESDAY, OCT. 26 (9:00-10:00 p.m.), with other new episodes following the same schedule on subsequent Mondays and Tuesdays. Golden Globe winner and Emmy® nominee Gabriel Byrne returns as Dr. Paul Weston in the critically acclaimed series. New cast members include Irrfan Kahn (appearing in the first Monday episode), Debra Winger (appearing in the second Monday episode), Dane DeHaan (appearing in the first Tuesday episode) and Amy Ryan (appearing in the second Tuesday episode).
