The Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day has all the time in the world…

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic! I couldn’t help but connect yesterday’s Back to the Future with today’s The Time Machine. It’s my segue ADD acting up again. Rod Taylor and George Pal’s The Time Machine is a great piece of science fiction and still superior to the updated Guy Pearce/Simon Wells version. I mean, one has Yvette Mimieux and one doesn’t. That settles that! In today’s pic you’ll see Pal going over the script with an in-costume Rod Taylor. I know it's not quite as exciting as the mini-DeLorean from yesterday, but I jumped at the chance to feature George Pal, a great and mostly unsung hero of movies and television. Also, his Puppetoons are incredible if… shall we say... not entirely PC… Here’s the pic! Enjoy (and click for the slightly bigger version)!

If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here. We continue the George Pal/HG Wells connection with tomorrow’s Behind the Scenes pic! See ya’ then! -Quint Follow Me On Twitter
