While everyone is shedding their costumes from last night's festivities, we are trying to get a clearer picture of the costumed characters in X-MEN. And it seems here that we have a written description of which uniform Logan'll be wearing... And personally... it's my fave Wolverine outfit. To hell with the yellow one... I always dug that brown and orangish one. But here... on with the show...
just to clear up a few things....
Fratboy must have seen a model of the claws (which they have sitting out for all to see), because they're going to be CGI all the way through. Here and there Hugh's been wearing a prosthetic that the imaging people need to make the claws. They aren't claws though, they're just light sensitive plastic blades. Oh well, he was correct in reporting that Hugh is magnificent in the role. This movie will truly defy expectations. And it should be pointed out, though it may already have been reported, that the Wolverine costume is going to be the classic orange and brownish. This will at first thought annoy many people, but not when you see how it looks for real. They made versions of both, and the yellow one just doesn't translate, however the old one is strikingly kick-ass.
And another thing- I doubt what Fratboy saw was the real visor to be used in the film. They've had Jim running around with red visor-like sunglasses for a while so he can get used to seeing and fighting with them. So far as I can tell (from a drawing) they're going to be virtually the same.
