Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
Oh, Tim Curry I love you so much. For all its faults the TV adaptation of Stephen King’s IT succeeded in one crucial way: the casting of Tim Curry as Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
The design of the evil clown and the genuine menace Curry gave to the character really stands out as one of the great villains ever shown on TV. Unfortunately the whole series isn’t spectacular, but we can all celebrate the Curry!
I was sent this pic by a reader whose email has gotten lost in the sea of responses to the call for awesome behind the scenes pics. Thank you, generous reader, for this awesome pic, which will probably give someone nightmares tonight. Not me, of course, because I’m tough and ain’t ascairt of creepy-ass clowns. Ahem.
