Elizabeth Perkins, who was Emmy-nominated three times for the role, is moving on. Since Celia discovered Nancy Botwin’s secret life as a drug dealer, her storylines have been among the series’ most confusing and off-putting. She was last seen, I believe, organizing her own new dope-distribution network. The sixth season of the Showtime series is slated to launch Aug. 16.
