LA Times blog Hero Complex broke the news today about an upcoming DANGER GIRL feature adaptation from producers Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter (HITMAN, upcoming KANE & LYNCH; HACK/SLASH), based on the Wildstorm comic by J. Scott Campbell and Andy Hartnell about super hot secret agents.
Todd Lincoln, who recently wrapped THE APPARITION for Warner Bros./Dark Castle and starring Ashley Greene, Sebastian Stan and Tom Felton, will executive produce and direct.
Lincoln tells AICN, "I'm a longtime fan of Danger Girl and J. Scott Campbell's artwork. It's the way comic books should look and feel. The plan is to collaborate closely with J.Scott to bring his world to life. This will be a sexy, hyper-action thrill ride with next generation styling, unique set pieces, and characters you care about."
