Nolte May Join
Hoffman In
HBO’s LUCK!!

I am – Hercules!!
Another movie star looks ready to bet on “Luck,” the new HBO horseracing pilot from “Deadwood”/“John From Cincinnati” mastermind David Milch. Nick Nolte ("Tropic Thunder"), who hasn’t had a recurring TV role since he played fighty Tom Jordache in the 1976 miniseries “Rich Man, Poor Man,” reportedly has his reps negotiating to have him play a horse trainer in the project. Nolte would join Dustin Hoffman, who has never had a recurring role on a TV series. It turns out Nolte is one of the few actors on the planet who hasn’t yet worked with Hoffman. More exciting news? The fabulous Kerry Condon, who got naked as Octavia in the first episode of HBO’s “Rome,” has joined “Luck” as well. Find all of the Hollywood Reporter’s story on the matter here.
