Chase Palmer will write the DUNE movie for Pierre Morel (TAKEN, FROM PARIS WITH LOVE, DISTRICT B-13) - so says THIS snippet in Hollywood Reporter.
We'd previously learned that Morel is starting from scratch with the project, pretty much doing away with a script developed while Peter Berg was looking to direct this new adaptation.
All indications point towards Morel remaining extremely faithful to Frank Herbert's source material. We'll see...
