THE GREEN LANTERN's Villain Gets A Daddy!!

Tim Robbins is joining the cast of Martin Campbell's GREEN LANTERN, which rolls in New Orleans 'round March.

Robbins will play Senator Hammond, the disapproving father of the movie's villain, Dr. Hector Hammond (Peter Sarsgaard), who becomes infused with psychic powers.

...says THR HERE. The THR piece recalled that Robbins also appeared in another comic adaptation called HOWARD THE DUCK. God willing, this'll fare better. It almost has to, doesn't it?
