Casting Continues For Zack Snyder's SUCKER PUNCH!!

Carla Gugino has joined the cast of Zack Snyder's "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns" opus SUCKER PUNCH; we got our first look at designs from the film a week or two ago (HERE). THR says this:

Gugino joins Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, and Abbie Cornish star in the 1950s-set tale of a girl (Browning) confined to a mental institution by her evil stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. She and her friends enter an alternate reality where they begin planning an escape. Gugino is playing Mrs. Schultz, an adult figure in the institution.

I, for one, fully appreciate Gugino's "adult figure". Carla recently appeared in Snyder's WATCHMEN as Sally Jupiter/Silk Spectre.
