Last week we learned: a) The Dollhouse is a subsidiary of the Rossum Corporation, one of the Big Evil group of companies that includes Weyland Yutami, Veridian, Massive Dynamic and the Gizmonic Institute. b) Caroline, who used to be in Echo’s body, was a lot like Eliza Dushku’s character in “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back,” rescuing helpless animals and the like. c) Somebody in the “Dollhouse” writers’ room quite enjoyed the “Naked Time” episode of “Star Trek.” d) Reed Diamond can be as funny as that Topher guy given half a chance. e) Olivia Williams is not above doing her own stunts. In tonight’s installment, “Needs,” yet another thing goes terribly wrong:

When Echo, Sierra and Victor awaken in the Dollhouse with most of their original personalities and memories intact, Echo leads the charge to free the Actives from their apparent captivity and escape the Dollhouse forever. Meanwhile, Ballard discovers the Dollhouse is closer than he thinks.
