So here’s something I suspect will never see the light of American airwaves. Right-wing writer-producer Joel Surnow, co-creator of Fox News’ “Half-Hour Comedy Hour” (pitched as the conservative answer to “The Daily Show”) and Fox’s “24,” is shopping a 10-hour miniseries about the liberal Kennedy political family. Variety describes the premise:

"The Kennedys" will explore "the soiled and crooked steps" the family took to get to the White House.

I think Surnow's "The Kennedys" will get a greenlight about ten minutes after Lifetime greenlights "Mother Theresa: What A Whore!" They should hire Surnow for one of those hilarious "You think this is wrong?" cell-phone commercials.
