Thursday’s installment of “The Office,” titled “Business Ethics,” is hilarious, one of the best aired on NBC to date. It’s loaded with laugh-out-loud moments, none funnier than those derived from Jim’s scheme to expose Dwight’s hypocrisy. Details: * I’m guessing this is the first episode of the series not to feature any new footage of Jenna Fischer’s face! (She does, however, earn at lest two big laughs this week via telephone.) * Creed gets a HUGE laugh (from me) in the teaser, but curiously is not accused of any ethics violations. * Also getting huge laughs? A salad. A sack of leftovers. A coffee pot. And a cola bottle. * As new HR rep Holly Flax describes the recent “misconduct at corporate” and firing that precipitated her ethics meeting, new receptionist Ryan Howard makes eye contact with the camera from the back of the conference room. * No Toby this week. Deleted scenes from the season premiere: 9 p.m. Thursday. NBC.
