WANTED/KICK-ASS Mastermind Mark Millar Could Script SUPERMAN Reboot Trilogy For Warner Bros.??

I am – Hercules!! Is Warner Bros. contemplating going Bryan Singer-free for a new big-screen "Superman" project that could start shooting next summer?? From G4’s Blair Butler:
"I've had this plan for like 10 years for a big three-picture Superman thing, like a Lord of the Rings epic, starting over from scratch again with a seven-hour Superman story. One to be released each year." [Mark] Millar said. Millar says there's nothing firm yet, but he hopes to get word over the next few weeks. If everything goes perfectly, they'll be shooting next summer.
Who is the big-deal mystery director who approached Millar about scripting a new big-screen Man of Steel??

Millar ("Fantastic Four," "The Ultimates," "The Authority," "Wanted," "Kick-Ass") is one of my very favorite comic book authors and his take on a commie Superman in "Red Son" was fantastic. I am aquiver at the prospect of a Millar Superman movie, and hopeful that all of Marvel's recent big-screen success will give Warner Bros. courage enough to pull the trigger. G4's whole 10-minute interview with Millar: While we're here, I'd like to encourage everybody to track down the last five or six issues of Millar's current run on "Fantastic Four," which likely constitute my favorite depiction of those characters ever!
