Tambor: Big-Screen Version Of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT ‘For Sure’!!

I am – Hercules
Blame the startling success of the “Sex and the City” feature or the burgeoning movie careers of “Juno” co-stars Michael Cera and Jason Bateman, but Jeffrey Tambor now seems convinced the long-discussed big-screen version of his Emmy-winning Fox sitcom “Arrested Development” is a certainty. From
“After months of speculation, I think we have finally figured out for sure that we are indeed doing an Arrested Development movie," Tambor told at the premiere of Hellboy II on Sunday. "I am very excited about that. I love that cast and crew and I felt like we had more to say."
When will we see the further adventures of Buster, Maeby, Tobias, et al? Will a formal announcement closely follow ratification of a new SAG/AMPTP contract (to replace the one that expired a few hours ago)? Will the big-screen version bring back Kitty Sanchez, Bob Loblaw, Tony Wonder or the mortal remains of White Power Bill? None of these questions are answered in Entertainment Weekly’s story on the matter here.
