Harry here, and once again, I have to throw kudos toward the folks at THEONERING.NET for a wonderful report about what is going on in and around the Hobbiton set in New Zealand. We're still months away from actual shooting, but I can tell you to expect to hear casting reports (real ones) beginning in about 3 weeks. In some recent emails between me and some folks over in the wonderful world of NEW LINE, I've heard that they are expecting an update from Peter Jackson some time around the third week of June. This is to detail casting as well as progress on the film. So have patience and go read the full HOBBITON report here at THEONERING.NET and enjoy this pic...
