Who's Directing Johnny Depp's DARK SHADOWS Movie??

We've known for a while now that John August was scripting the Johnny Depp driven DARK SHADOWS movie for Warner Bros. But, we've never had a sense of who would be directing the film. In an interview over at IESB, GET SMART director Peter Segal may've spilled the beans. In short, according to Segal at least, Tim Burton is the director of DARK SHADOWS. For more details, read the IESB article HERE. This makes sense, and isn't even particularly surprising. Depp and Burton have a long association, and August scripted BIG FISH, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, and THE CORPSE BRIDE for Burton. Of course, he also scripted both CHARLIE'S ANGELS movies...
