This would be what I call a 'rumored project', that isn't yet confirmed. I seem to remember hearing that Warners was exploring a wrestling project, but for the life of me I can't remember the title of the project. All I know is that I would much rather hope that Arnold Schwarzeneggar doesn't go after this film, and is rather... in MALTA scouting locations for CRUSADES. (I have heard he is there, and not just for GLADIATOR) Well here's the rumor. Remember to take it as such till we hear more.
Warner Bro's in about to green light a wrestling movie...in conjuction with the WCW...script by steve brill (mighty ducks)...script is receiving raves and it is very funny....Brian Robbins (varsity blues in directing)....it's sort of bill & teds meets My favorite year... set in the wrestling world...two morons think wrestling is real and go about trying to restore their favorite over the hill wrestler to the heavy weight championship....WARNERS is very hot on one name to play the wrestler....Arnold S..
