Green Arrow is framed for murder and tossed in Amanda Waller’s metahuman prison with all the superpowered enemies of Superman, Batman, The Flash, The Green Lantern and even Swamp Thing. That’s the starting point for the script of “Supermax,” the big-screen superhero saga written by Justin Marks and produced by David Goyer (the “Blade” trilogy, “Batman Begins”).
