I am – Hercules!!
Before he created “Veronica Mars,” Rob Thomas created the brilliant but short-lived 1998 Jeremy Piven/Paula Marshall ABC comedy hourlong “Cupid,” about a fellow who believes himself the god of love and the pretty psychotherapist assigned to treat him.
ABC is letting Thomas try again. The network just greenlit a pilot for a new “Cupid” series with the same creator/showrunner, the same basic concept and a different cast.
Thomas is also actively developing a “Beverly Hills 90210” sequel for The CW.
