I don't know where or what Kahoona Burger does, but I certainly feel like I hate him. I mean. Can you imagine getting to be in a room with THESE Bond Girls at once. I mean... I was in a conversation a couple of times with Xenia Onatop on THE FACULTY set, and was terrified of being strangled by her super thighs (though I must confess, I never witnessed her killing men this way on set). But here... he had an entire gaggle of James Gals! I hope the talcum is easing his pain. Here's his report...
There I was this morning tenderising myself ready for another burgeriffic day when a bevy of beautiful women appeared in front of me. Actually it was a report on the Big Breakfast on those lovely Bond girls, and boy is there a lot of them this time round.
Anyway they covered every Bond girl who has a prominent part to play and here is what went down (if you pardon the pun):
Denise Richards:
First up is old starship trooper Denise as Christmas Jones, wearing a rather eye catching Lara Croft like outfit. All I can say is if all nuclear weapon scientists looked like that then more men would be scientists. She went on to explain how she becomes bonds ally and they showed her in a few action sequences. There was a cool sequence where Denise and Robbie Coltrane were trying to escape off what looks like a dock and it was exploding and fire all around them.
Maria Grazia Cucinotta:
Well that name is a mouthful but she is the main Bond bad girl, and as she said she is not interested in Bond she just wants to kill him. They showed part of the thames boat sequence, with her power boat stopped and she is firing a variety of guns I would assume at Bond. They then moved to a scene where she is in a hot air ballon trying to escape, this looked to be all part of the same Thames river sequence.
Serena Scott Thomas:
For this movie they also seemed to have given him a minor love interest like the language tutor in oxford in the last movie. This time round the minor love interest is from an MI6 doctor called Molly Warmflat. They showed a scene where M says "I see the good doctor has cleared you, notes you have exceptional stamina!" to which Moneypenny says "I am sure she was touched by his dedication" :)
Sophie Marceau:
Lastly and by no means least is the sultry Elektra, they started off by showing her at a funeral with M. They then progressed to a bedroom scene where her and Bond where having a heart to heart. She describes how she is a rich women that has to be strong and that she falls in love with Bond revealing her softer side (again to joke intended). During the bedroom scene she asks Bond who is trying to kill her, Bond says "You will be safe with me" she says "I do not want to be safe" he then finishes with "I will be back soon" and then leaves the room.
Once again they tried to explain how its not as sexist as it used to be as they have to make him more a nineties man. But how many men run around with nuclear scientists dressed like laura croft, and how many men get 3 beautiful women. I have a hard enough time keeping one, but then again its what we all love Bond for his tradionalism!!
Well someone has just asked for me without the mayo so I gotta go,
Kahoona Burger
