AICN and Nerdcore present THE WIZARD Reunion at the Alamo with Savage and The Wizard himself!!!

Greetings humans, Monki here with perhaps the coolest thing I've ever been a part of in my life EVER. Today Ain't It Cool News and Nerdcore present:

The Wizard Reunion Extravaganza!

That's right, one of the most important movies of my life, and perhaps yours, shown on the big screen at the brand-spankin' new Alamo Ritz with director Todd Holland, the Wizard himself Luke Edwards and everyone's favorite middle-brother Fred Savage all in-person.

I repeat, Fred Savage, Luke Edwards and director Todd Holland will be in attendance for the screenings and a Q&A. My entire life has culminated into this single badass event.

We're still working with Nerdcore on some exact details, but there will be posters, t-shirts and other goodies available. This most excellent moment in history will be well documented and preserved.

On a personal note, since I first stepped foot into the Alamo Drafthouse downtown, I wondered, "How badass would it be to see The Wizard again on an Alamo screen?" Well my friends, that dream has become a reality...and you can share in my dream with me.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, November 5th at noon at the Alamo's website. THIS WILL SELL OUT. The screening is set for December 7th, one at 7pm and one at 9:45pm...the day before BNAT. Wow...what an amazing weekend for film. I can't freakin' wait.

THE WIZARD with FRED SAVAGE, director TODD HOLLAND and the Wizard himself LUKE EDWARDS. I almost can't believe I'm writing this. Feel free to express your thoughts below...I'll be marking the days off the calendar.

As always, mad props go out to the Alamo Drafthouse and Nerdcore for getting all this put together. For the few hundred of you that make it in to one of these screenings, you are in for a treat. More details will be hitting as they become available...

THE WIZARD!!! Gaahhh!! Until I can stop shaking...back up the tree I go!
