I find “Flight of the Conchords” plenty funny! But not everybody does! How some talkbackers greeted the show when it hit HBO June 17: “Fucking Awful! what a piece of shit!” -- talkbacker “Gqtaste” “Sounds awful. Just what the world needs, another too-black-to-be-genuinely-funny fish-out-of-water comedy.” -- talkbacker “forgot_old_username” “only made me giggle twice. Not all that funny. I smiled at a couple bits and laughed twice." -- talkbacker “StovetopStuffin'” “Would work better as a series of one-minute TV commercials for some prodcut nobody cares about. It's about that entertaining too. HBO, don't just cancel this show--never show any more episodes. Dead air would be preferable.” -- talkbacker “Subversive01057” Bad news for the haters: HBO liked “Conchords” well enough to give it a second season arriving next year. HBO says of tonight’s finale:
