New Director for LOGAN'S RUN remake... he's a first timer!

Hey folks, Harry here... looks like Warners is finally set to move forward with the remake of LOGAN'S RUN. The script is written by Tim Sexton, who we last saw a script from with CHILDREN OF MEN. They've gone with a first time feature director - Joseph Kosinski - you might remember his take on the "iSpec" - or his commercials that I have below.
There's been a good reason why so many have wanted to remake this classic seventies film - while I love the original - it did differ from the original novel on many levels. This new version is alleged to be low tech and closer to the novel. That'd be a good thing.
As for Kosinski having at the material. He's done good work with his commercial work - and he's been being watched over by David Fincher - so I feel this should be a very interesting and daring debut work - especially with the backbone that Sexton is providing.
