If you and your VCRs and/or DVRs are not exhausted from a night with “John From Cincinnati,” “The Company,” “Flight of the Conchords,” “Entourage,” “60 Minutes,” “Big Brother,” “Kill Point,” “The Two Coreys,” “Hogan Knows Best,” “Scott Baio Is 45” and Allah knows what else, I want to toss in a couple of suggestions: 1) We’re down to the last six episodes of “The 4400,” which is in the middle of a long and intriguing story arc about a prophetic old book and Jordan Collier settling his new Brotherhood of Promicin Mutants compound in the middle of downtown Seattle. Longtime showrunner Ira Steven Behr has promised we will learn this season why The 4400 were originally snatched up and given superpowers, but we have not learned yet. 2) IFC sent along a screener of Laura Kightlinger’s “The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman” which starts a new season tonight on IFC. The fitfully funny premiere in built around substance-abusing best friends Jackie and Tara becoming lesbians, so we get to see Kightlinger and Nicholle Tom making out with girls! “The 4400”: 9 p.m. Sunday. USA. “Minor Accomplishments”: 11:30 p.m. IFC.
