I am – Hercules!!
The great Tom Snyder, a star local anchorman who went on to remake the late-night landscape as the original host of both NBC’s “Tomorrow” and CBS’ “The Late Late Show,” has signed off for good.
At one point in the 1970s he was considered a likely candidate to take over both "The Tonight Show" and "The NBC Nightly News." Not a lot of people you can say that about.
