Return With A Title Change??

I am – Hercules!!
TV Guide's Michael Ausiello says the Clarice Starling version of "Veronica Mars" - the one that would be set years in the future at the FBI academy in Quantico, Va. - is garnering more interest over at The CW. The show would strip off all of Veronica's supporting cast and perhaps even assume a new title. "FBI Girl"? "Veronica Fed"? “Mars” mastermind Rob Thomas pitched the FBI fourth season to the network last Wednesday, along with a proposal for Veronica's sophomore year at Hearst College (which obviously would not leap years ahead). Another season of "Mars" is not yet a lock. The CW announces its fall schedule one week from Thursday. Read all of Ausiello's report here. Tonight’s installment is titled “Debasement Tapes.” The CW says:
Piz (Chris Lowell) is put in charge of escorting his idol, Desmond Fellows (guest star Paul Rudd, "Anchorman"), a singer/musician from a 1990's pop band who arrives on the Hearst campus to perform at a benefit concert for the radio station. When tapes of Fellow's back-up vocals and tracks go missing, Piz recruits Veronica (Kristen Bell) to help locate them. Keith (Enrico Colantoni) believes he will be running unopposed in the race for Sheriff, until an unlikely candidate throws his hat into the ring.
Who opposes Keith Mars in the sheriff’s race? Clarence Widman? Leo D’Amato? Vinnie Van Lowe? Dick Casablancas? Mallory Dent? And which ‘90s pop star will Paul Rudd most resemble? Kurt Cobain? Billy Corgan? Adam Durwitz? Nick Lachey? None of the above. Desmond Fellows is said to be a Brit, so I guess that means Liam Gallagher maybe? After tonight, only three hours from season three remain. 9 p.m. Tuesday. The CW.
