Crafty MTV has been sneaking its “10 Spot” shows on in the late afternoon, so today you can tape or TiVo the finale of “Real World/Road Rules Challenge" at 4:30 p.m. and not have to wait till bedtime to see if Brad, Wes, Svetlana or Jodi get a piece of that massive $300,000 grand prize. This series, with its rivalries, romances, orgies and incessant drunkenness, remains one of my favorite reality shows ever, but these finales always leave me a little empty. MTV should give serious thought to airing the reunion show immediately after the finale, as CBS does with “Survivor.” 4:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Thursday. MTV.
