I personally think the trailer looks awesome... jury's still out on whether Bay produces a great TRANSFORMERS big screen adaptation, but it's safe to say it'll be a helluva giant popcorn event movie... with robots! Hey, everyone. ”Moriarty” here. The US version of this trailer should be online any time now, and I’m sure we’ll link to that as soon as it’s available. In the meantime, check it out in French! Yes, there’s nothing better than giant robots, Michael Bay sunsets... and French. I’ve actually been pretty quiet about the entire TRANSFORMERS rigamarole so far because I’m simply not a TRANSFORMERS fan. I can’t work up a righteous head of steam in indignation because I’m utterly unfamiliar with the various incarnations of the cartoons and comic books and toys over the years. Missed me completely. I think this looks like fun. Michael Bay thinks I hate him, despite the fact that I have an indecent amount of love for BAD BOYS 2 (the closest thing to a GRAND THEFT AUTO movie so far). I think he blows shit up real good, and when you add giant robots into that mix in downtown Los Angeles, I’m in. It doesn’t have to be much more complicated than that. And even after seeing this trailer, I still don’t know why flames on a truck have you all wetting your pretty pink panties. But such is fandom. CHECK OUT THE FRENCHIFIED TRAILER RIGHT HERE!!
