As we post this, Austin's Butt-Numb-A-Thon is well into its third feature and SNL is about 90 minutes from its dress rehearsal. (One of the many joys of “Studio 60” is it sheds some light on how “SNL” is slapped together two or three times a month. Also, that “Chris Hanson meets Santa” gag was hilarious.)
Our mole deep deep deep inside 30 Rock tells us another Sudeikis-as-Bush sketch will find its way into tonight's dress rehearsal, so I guess it’s safe to assume the era of Forte’s more snivelly spoiled-brat version is behind us.
Also on deck for the moment are The A-Holes, as well as Nuni and Nuuni Schoener. As always, nothing is certain till the show goes live.
No guesses yet on how many people who claim not to like or care about SNL will join this post’s talkback.
