Voyeuristic Coolness!!!!!

Word reached me via the Vanishing American that 48 Hours and Streets of Fire scribe, Larry Gross has signed a pact to try to write a tough as hell project. We have all heard of the project, and those that have seen the original will atest to the near impossiblity of doing justice to the original. Well I'm talking about Rear Window. I mean, the original film is one of the absolute coolest Hitchcock films ever. The color, editing, script, actors, cinematography, score, and just how it all came together. Well, damn, ya just can't do much better. But, I say let em try. Go ahead, Christopher Reeve commands an awful lot of respect on screen, and if written carefully we the audience can be riveted by Chris' peril. Maaaaaaaaaan, I wanna hate it, and I wanna love it. I'm torn, I'm sure some of you feel the same. No matter, it'll be interesting to see what is done with it. And by the way thanks to the Hallmark artist that sent this, you truly are a Vanishing American!!!
