First ya have the family all in jail, on account of being caught after the evil teenager that escaped turned them in. The Prison has a bar-b-cue cooking contest and they don't like the taste of the meat that the prison gave the prisoners to cook. So... They begin killing prisoners and stuffing their bedss with dummies (like in ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ), then they win the contest, cause their meat was more tender and juicy. They sell the recipe, get on Springer, cook the lesbian cross-dresser male transgendered folk and do it all live on TV?

I was talking to a guy from Unipix yesterday at the Fangoria convention in NY. He said that they are having script difficulty with the new Chainsaw film. Originally, the film was to celebrate the 25th Anniversiry of the 1974 classic with the title "TX25." The film was due out Summer of '99. However, with these setbacks, the film has to be push back a year and the title was changed to TX2000. They had a promotional poster there that was black and in red said "TX2000." under it in smaller white print read "25 years later." They also informed me that they are still in talks with Tobe Hooper. As I was walking away the man said to me "it'll be like nothing you can imagine...trust me!"
