After hearing this rumor I set out with the ol bloodhounds to track this rumor down and beat the truth out of it. We cornered Richard Donner-associate in a warehouse on the Warner's lot. Using a variety of Swedish Penis Enlarger pumps (from the AUSTIN POWERS 2 set) on non-penile areas, he began talking... And well... there is absolutely no truth to the rumor. Currently, BATMAN is a dead property in the live-action world over at WARNERS. Perhaps it will get developed to be made sometime after the year 2000, but don't hold your breath. It wouldn't be healthy. Mr Semel.... seek out Bruce Timm and Paul Dini, they should be handed the reins!!!
