While other effects studios are "downsizing" good ol ILM is continuing to hire hire hire. My agents on the inside tell me they are looking to hire 35+ senior level CG animators in the near future. Wow. Now I don't know, but it sounds like ILM is working on something big. Hmmmm, haven't heard of anything really big that's using them... unless you count that Star W..whatever it's called. And then there is THE HULK... and ummmm LOST IN SPACE and ummm gee... I don't know. Gosh, I wonder if there are any of the AICN readers that would like those positions. (the sound of geek slobber trickles upon the floor around the world) Oh well, there aren't many golden tickets, but it's a dream job if you can swing it.
