Well anytime the coolest BRUCE around steps in front of the camera and shoots a shot... well we geeks just gotsta know, right man? Right. And when he's playing an evil dude with a dome of flesh instead of a mane of raven hair.... well, gosh... that's just plain inneresting, doncha think? Though I have to say, I really hope we get to see Bruce beat the living shit out of Sean Astin, at least just once in the movie.

Seasons Greetings to you all! I was over at my next door neighbors house today, and their daughter who lives in the wonderful world of Puff the Magic Dragon was down for the holidays. She landed a job on this new movie called Icebreaker. It stars Sean Astin and our man Bruce Campbell, and in the words of Sean via this wardrobe perrson, "it's a low bud indie," meaning it's a low budget independent film, and it's about terrorists who plan on blowing up Kilington ski resort, [Bruce plays the lead terrorist named Grieg and he shaves his head for the part!] only to be thwarted by the ski patrol, led by Sean "Goonies" Astin. 2nd unit shooting wrapped on Dec. 14 and is going to premiere in Germany next winter. It's being produced by Edgewood Studies, a Rutland VT based video and film production studio. According to her, Sean Astin is a very friendly and warm, but that Bruce Campbell was a "guy's guy" who acted like "an asshole" to the production crew. A man named Giancola is directing. Other facts: according to the wardrobe description that goes along with his headshot, Bruce Campbell is 190 lbs and wears a size 11 shoe. [Harry: here's another fact: he lives in Oregon but this info is kinda sensitive so you might want to leave this out.] Like I said, he has a big ego, but I guess when you've got legions of adoring geek cult fans, who wouldn't have a big ego?
