And then finally here is another screening review of TITANIC. Now I don't know about you, but I'm frothing at the mouth in anticipation over this one. And you people out there have no idea how many reviews I get on this film that read like this one below. It is a twist of the knife blade, each and every time I hear how great it is, how amazing it is, how unfrigging believable it is. Now I'm a pretty good guy, I've paid my dues... Why can't I have seen this film yet? Me wanna see now!!! This is horrendous. I'm dying...DYING to see this one. Aggggggggggggggg. Ack. Argh! Well, here is ol Dandy Lion's review...
Last friday I went to see Titanic at the MPAA. Honestly, what I can say right off the bet is that Cameron IS a master. Seriously. This movie is so well though out from every angle, story, technical facts, visuals, i couldn't help but be bowled over by the movie. yes it is long, and yes I had to hold in a lot of tinkle, but it was worth it!!!
The more i think about it, the more I like it. It is for sure one of the best movie I have seen in a while, and I have seen them all. This movie does not insult my/your intelligence, which is refreshing, and it is quite exciting.
Cameron is definitely in love with water, and it shows here well. Also, his love for machines and technology show, but in a new light.
He captures all the excitement that the people on the ship must have felt.
In all honesty, a masterpiece. Too bad Cameron won't make any money off this one, because it is a gem.
