See The Pitch Reel For Devlin's ISOBAR!!

Merrick here...

Earlier this week, we ran a report about the gaggle of new projects Dean Devlin is currently developing.

One of them was a project called ISOBAR.

Set in a subterranean world where humans live within an artifical atmosphere (there's no oxygen left on the surface), its plot involves an intercontinental supertrain...our first attempt to reconnect a fragmented world...that's zooming along when something goes horribly wrong.

Squidfartz just found this on one of the Internets: it appears to be the "pitch" trailer created to sell the film. ISOBAR has had a long, herky-jerky development process, so keep in mind that not all of the concepts advanced here may appear in the final product.

Nonetheless, it's an interesting look at the general approach the film is taking.

Thanks for the note about this, Squidfartz. Appreciated!!

Anyone out there remember the NBC series SUPERTRAIN? As a kid, I was desperate for a train set of that damn thing. I loved that show! Forgive me, I was young. So very young...
