Jeff Goldlum is ADAM RESURRECTED in Paul Schrader's flick that sounds a bunch like THE DAY THE CLOWN CRIED!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. This tops off the day of horror updates. This story being about real life horror. There's a film Paul Schrader (AUTO FOCUS) is making called ADAM RESURRECTED based on a 2000 novel by Yoram Kaniuk about a Jewish clown during WW2. He's spared the gas chamber, but works to entertain thousands of Jews as they march to their deaths. He ends up in an asylum populated with Holocaust survivors.
On the surface that sounds a lot like the famously unreleased Jerry Lewis flick THE DAY THE CLOWN CRIED, about a Nazi who dressed up as a clown and led children to the gas chambers. Goddamn, I want to see that movie.
Anyway, Jeff Goldblum is playing Adam, the title character. Talk about a creepy image... Holocaust-set flick directed by Paul Schrader and starring Goldblum as a clown. I get shivers just thinking about it. This could be a great one!
