David Lee Roth’s stint as Howard Stern’s CBS Radio East Coast replacement is over, and it lasted less than four months.
Roth, who long anticipated the firing, got the news this morning on his drive into work. Today marked his last on-air shift.
XM radio satellite shock jocks Opie and Anthony, who were fired by CBS Radio four years ago – something about encouraging a couple to have sex in a church – will have a (presumably censored) version of their XM show replace Roth. The uncensored version will continue on XM.
