Anime News Network points out that Production I.G, animators of the previous Ghost in the Shell anime, FLCL, Kill Bill and numerous other works of high caliber anime, have announced a third Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex TV series. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society will be showcased by Production I.G at the Tokyo Anime Fair, March 23-26.
The fourth volume of Stand Alone Complex, 2nd Gig will be released in North America on March 21.
