More casting info on THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE

Alright, so far we've heard about Lili Taylor, Catherine Zeta Jones and Liam Neeson filling out the 'team' that goes into Hill House. And then if you remember our spy, Just Kidding's report... well, it gave us a rundown on the technical staff behind the film. Well, last night, for no particular reason, I called up Mr J. K. (Just Kidding) and asked how things were moving forward on The Haunting of Hill House. He seemed quite excited, although he said it was more under his pal Still Silly's rule. Just Kidding then went on to tell me that Owen Wilson was hammering out his deal to play Luke, the fourth and final member of the team. That's pretty darn cool. Owen was the blonde dude in Armageddon, and he was also in BOTTLE ROCKETS (go check it out). Looks like De Bont is going for real honest to goodness wonderful actors this time out. OH, and Mr J. K. also told me that Mr Dudley, the gatekeeper (no, not Rick Moranis) will be being played by BRUCE DERN.... perfect These deals are being completed as you read this and most likely will appear in the trades later this week. I hope Mr J. K. keeps us informed on the project, along with more of the animation works... that's his forte.
