Hey folks, Harry here... With Peter Jackson handing in the last of the KING KONG production diaries (here) - and the sporadic Production Diaries on SUPERMAN RETURNS - we film diary lovers are going a bit crazy wanting to see more about the behind the scenes of the "coolest" films - Now - the key to a great Production Diary is having a warm and engaging personality that isn't afraid to open up to an audience and share the process. With ROCKY BALBOA and Sylvester Stallone - you've got it in spades. I really really hope they do an exhaustive job of these. Getting to see Sly blocking out a fight, seeing him talk about what he hopes to accomplish here... it's just way geeky cool. I love the four Rocky films that have been made... and can't wait to see this fifth one. And I love that it's called ROCKY BALBOA instead of ROCKY VI. I mean V. The costume tests on Stallone at the very end look fantastic. Well, it's only fitting that AB be the one to tell us about the mighty Stallone...
ABking here,
The final fight looks to be an amazing one if these photos are any indication. ROCKY BALBOA is set to open 2/9/07 as of now because according to SONY, they want to build the hype for the film over a one year span (although I wanna see this film already yesterday, I can wait). The offical site is now up as well:
