Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with some news on the sequel to VAN WILDER, a film that is much funnier than it had any right to be mostly thanks to the great casting and Ryan Reynolds doing his thing for an hour and a half. The sequel is called VAN WILDER 2: The Rise of Taj and will focus on Kal Penn's character from the first flick. They're going the Deuce Bigelow 2 route and sending Taj to Europe, with Penn ending up at Oxford University. Ryan Reynolds' name is nowhere near this project as of this moment. What do you folks think?
