Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with a bit of casting news having to do with Tony Scott's flick DEJA VU, about an FBI agent (Denzel Washington) who finds a way to travel back in time to save a woman he loves from dying in a terrorist bombing. The terrorist is going to be played by Jesus (Jim) Caviezel. Oddly enough, when I first heard the plot to DEJA VU, the first movie to pop into my mind was FREQUENCY starring... Jesus (Jim) Caviezel and Dennis Quaid. I'm rather curious what specific angle Scott will play... Based in reality? Hyper-reality? Super mecha-stylized reality? What? Love Scott's previous pairing with Washington. I'm pulling for this one to be really sweet... and I love it when Caviezel plays an evil bastard, so... here's hoping!
