Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with probably the coolest link you'll click today. I'm sold on KONG, no two ways about it, but the one aspect I was most giddy about was Howard Shore's score to Peter Jackson's KING KONG. Now, those wonderful bastards at Kongisking.net have put up the newest production diary that focuses on Howard Shore scoring the giant ape movie!
I love the sound of the score so far, even though we only get small bits in the diary... it's not a ripoff of Max Steiner's original, but fits nicely into that era... At least in the few seconds I've heard. hehe. Now enjoy!
