Hey folks, Harry here at the Original Alamo Drafthouse making use of their free WiFi and folks... let me tell you what... This rules. Tim and I are planning all sorts of cool stuff leading up to the wonder nad the splendor of FANTASTIC FEST (Oct 6-9) - and that'll be the be all end all of this particular season... But first - we've got other flights of fancy. Namely on September 22nd at 7pm at the ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE on SOUTH LAMAR... we'll be screening CORPSE BRIDE and if plans hold - Director Mike Johnson will be there to help answer all your Tim Burtony & Stop Motion animation questions. He worked on THE PJs as well as that brilliant stop-motion animation musical treat on the song THE DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA! I love that damn short!
In addition - we'll have "tons" of free stuff including posters, keychains and "PREMIUM ITEMS!" Plus before the screening as part of the Alamo's patented pre-show entertainment - I'll be showing some of the brilliance of Charlie Bowers. This is something that is definitely not to be missed!
How does the glee begin for you? SImple - Click on the below link and register via Evite to this fantastic film. The reviews have been golden - and this one can't get here soon enough for me!
