Well I've still only had that one full review of ENEMY OF THE STATE, and just a few (tiny one paragraph) short ones. So I was curious to see what the bigger picture was. So I called up my contact at the NRG, I'll call him/her Raggedy Anne or Andy. According to A or A, the film clocked in at around 2 hours and 8 minutes. It received Bruckheimer's highest first screening score of 88.6 with 94 in the top 2 boxes. 81 checks in the Definite Recommend category. So it sounds like it tested good according to Raggedy Anne or Andy. I love them rag dolls. Of course this is the results of just one test screening, who's to say a screening in Arizona in anyway defines the mentality of the entire film going public. So we'll continue to keep an eye on this one, but I have to say, I love Tony Scott films. TRUE ROMANCE, TOP GUN, CRIMSON TIDE, etc... I just love that hyper-real universe. But hey, that's just me... right?
