A million dollar Bond' CASINO ROYALE gets a new screenwriter!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here... it seems that MILLION DOLLAR BABY scribe Paul Haggis has been hired to overhaul the CASINO ROYALE script written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade (THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH and DIE ANOTHER DAY). Good news it seems since I didn't care much at all for those two Bond flicks. I love that Martin Campbell is back to direct as I really do adore GOLDENEYE... how much of that is due to the lost weeks playing the N64 game of the movie I can't say, but it's definitely my favorite of the Brosnan Bonds. Now maybe we'll get some movement on the casting of the main man, eh?
