Hello Harry. I enjoy your Aint-it-cool-news column and check for cool news every day of the week. I've always wanted to give you a scoop, but the chance usually never comes around. Being in an isolated region in Central Canada, there isn't much cool news to report. But I just heard ( or read ) that two new movies set on a huge lake our town rests upon, Lake of the Woods, may go into production. Now, the first film is called " Still Waters Run Deep" it's about a girl that catches a legendary Muskie ( A gigantic type of fish that lives in our waters ) All I know is that she lives in a fishing lodge on Lake of the Woods.
Now for the business part of it, This film has grabbed a lot of American attention, productionwise. I'm not sure who might produce it, and I don't know who it stars.
Now for the next one,I dont recall the films name but...
This one stars some guy named Grahem Greene, who stared in "Dances with wolves" Apparently He also stares in a sequel to Shawshank Redemption , The Green Mile. Also George Takei who stared as Mr. Sulu on Star Trek. He will be a Japanese businessmen who sponsors a fishing contest. This movie might only be shown in Canada, though.
